On a recent outing to Sam’s in Oklahoma City, I was delighted to find Sweet Potato Fries in their frozen food department. I occasionally look at their frozen foods despite the fact that so few are gluten free. However, this time, I was not disappointed. This is what I found:
And, to my delight, when I flipped the bag over, it said “gluten free”.
Product labeling and marketing have come such a long way over the past 15 years! It’s still exciting to me to find a clearly labeled gluten free product.
The preparation is simple: you can bake at 450 degrees for 16-18 minutes or deep fry, your choice. We baked ours and they were delicious! What a great find!
