My new favorite kick is Soy Light Chocolate Milk. It’s 100% lactose and dairy free, as well as gluten free. Since going dairy free, it’s been hard to fix my chocolate craving. This does the trick! It’s rich and creamy and only 90 calories (which equals 3 weight watchers points, for those counting). I buy it at my local grocery store. It’s great first thing in the morning, as a snack and after a hard work out. Heck, it’s great anytime!
